So you're interested in becoming a brother huh? Where there's some things you need to know before you waltz into our organization. Read below to go over our by-laws, if you still think you have what it takes then use the format to drop an application in your topic that a brother can review and assess before giving you the okay to join the Roughnecks!
All applicants must be signed up on GTAForums. That is our main home, this is just our private clubhouse to talk amongst ourselves out of the public eye.
Roughnecks By-Laws
Any player, patch or head patch must abide by and follow these by-laws. These aren't here just for show, they mean business. Any actions that go against these by-laws can result in taking your patch off your back and kicking you to the curb. No-one wants to end up out bad.. so do yourself a favor, follow the god damn rules.
Club comes first. We understand that this is a video game so we ALL enjoy having a blast.. but if your club, brother or probate needs your help. Stop what you're doing and help them out. We're brothers, not another data number.
Respect Few, Fear None. The only men you should worry about are your brothers and yourself.
The Patch. You always wear your patch. No questions asked, no excuses. If caught without your patch, you can be kicked from the club or worse.
Clubhouses. These are your new homes. Protect them at all costs.
Your Bike. This is the most important thing you have other than your patch. No-one messes with a man's bike. Never ride another brother's bike unless given permission.
Other Clubs. There are rivalries in this world but we are one big brotherhood. Respect all clubs but Angels and their supporters. Only fight if provoked or attacked.
Law Enforcement. No-one likes pigs but we don't want to cause hell for the entire club. If you obtain a wanted level, you must separate from the pack and evade the stars prior to rejoining the pack during a game, ride or event.
Friendly-Fire. We don't kill our own. If you repeatedly horseplay and kill your own brothers, you will be removed from this club under the out bad category. Meaning you will receive no honors or respect if ever we cross paths again. This goes for our supporter clubs as well.
No Other Club. You are NOT allowed to be a member of another crew or club that demands time away from the Roughnecks.
That's the extent of our official By-Laws. These are to be in effect for every session we're in. But keep in mind, this is NOT a roleplaying crew. We don't enforce these by-laws unless it's absolutely necessary. This is just a guide to keep the crew organized and in working shape. However, they are still to be followed by your best judgement.
Now, let's move on to our Probate By-Laws. These laws are to be followed by our Probationary members. These are to be strictly followed and punishments will be appropriate for any offenses. So learn them, follow them, respect them.
Probationary By-Laws
Obey orders. You are a probate, not a member, so you must follow the guiding of your patch or sponsor.
Wear your probate patch at all times. This shows you're property of the Roughnecks MC and shows your commitment and loyalty to the Roughnecks to other members and other players during gameplay.
Must own a bike. Either a Daemon, Hexer or Bagger. This is not a sport bike club, so keep the rice burners under the tarp or haul them to the scrapyard.
Protect your brothers. If you find your brothers in a firefight or being attacked, you are to protect them at all costs.
Guard the clubhouse and/or bikes. If your brothers park up for a meet or hangout, probates are required to guard the bikes and perimeter.
Do not ask if you can join or become fully patched. That's one way to be removed from Probationary Status in general. If we feel we're ready, we'll let you know if the patch is ready for you.
No other club ties. You are not allowed to be a member of another club. No excuses or questions asked.
Probationary status can last up to 60days. This all depends on your behavior, attitude and loyalty. If you feel you can't make the cut, don't waste our time, just leave. We won't look at you as a degenerate for doing so. You're more than welcome to post in our forums, topic or ride with us at any time.
If you have any questions or issues during your probation period, don't hesitate to ask a member for help.
